A Continental breakfast Buffet is included within your daily room rate if booked directly with us and is served in Mannings Restaurant on the ground floor.

Car Parking – the code for the passenger gate is available upon request from reception.
We offer complimentary car – parking and you are more than welcome to leave your car in the carpark on the day you depart if you are still working in Truro.

In the event of a power failure, the hotel’s emergency lighting will be activated.
Fire Alarms
If you have any physical disability that may hinder your evacuation, please contact reception immediately and we will make a note on our emergency evacuation list.
An escape plan is located on the back of your door showing fire escapes, call points and extinguishers.
On the hearing the fire alarm (a loud and continuous siren) walk slowly to the nearest fire escape and following the “green walking man signs” exit out of the building.
Report to the front of the car parks and remain there until a member of staff has arrived with a roll call.

Heating
Apartment Heating – pre-set to 21 Celsius:
Your temperature can be maintained by turning on the small unit to the side of your bedroom door.
There will be a small on / off button in the top right – hand corner.
Open the flap in the middle of the panel to reveal the buttons.
The temperature button is the small button indicated with a small thermostat on it
To either raise or lower the temperature use the up or down button to the desired temperature – this will take a few moments for the unit to turn itself on.
Hotel Heating:
Our heating is set to come on throughout the day (morning and evening) during the colder months of the year but you can also use the manual knobs on your radiator to either lower or raise the temperature during the winter months – right hand side knob.

Lost property is stored for 3 – months from the date that it is found.
In the event you contact us and we are able to find your lost items we are very happy to return them via Royal Mail for a charge of £7.50 for smaller items up to £15.00 for larger items.

We make every effort to recycle as many items as we can and in order to reduce the use of plastics we no longer place bottled water in our rooms.
We are more than happy though, to fill your water bottle with chilled water every day.

Reception
Our reception desk is manned 24 – hours a day with our main team of receptionists on from 06:30 am to 10:30 pm and then our night security team take over from 10:30 pm until 6:30 am.
