*This offer covers one standard double room with free parking and a Continental breakfast the next morning. Additional standard double rooms can also be booked at a special Christmas party rate of £70.00 and single rooms at £50.00, which also includes free parking and Continental breakfast.

Hello Party Organiser…
Here are a few really important things that we thought you may need to know about a Christmas party here at Mannings:
The maximum party size for our regular menu will be 10 people and a pre order is not required.
Parties of 10 + people will need to order from our Christmas menu which is priced at £42.95 per person and we do require a pre- order from everyone in the group. We will need names and menu choices for each guest on each table. Once we have your final number, we can come up with a seating plan for you and you can simply slot in the names.
All parties are allocated 2 and a half hours for the table and we ask you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time.
There will be a 10% discretionary service charge added to your bill. Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to pay this.
We do need you to confirm your final party numbers and have a pre order to us 2 weeks prior to your Christmas Party date.
We do require a £10.00 non- refundable deposit per person to confirm your booking. We do ask for a debit/credit card for this and the total deposit will be charged to this card. We will ask you to send us an email giving us authority to charge the deposit to your card. This deposit will be allocated to your final bill on the day of your party.
We are unable to provide individual bills for the group so the party organizer will be responsible for the final payment of the bill in full on the day of your party. If your group must pay individually you can pay for the food in advance of your booking. Guests can then pay for their drinks at the bar as they go or individually at the table with card payment.
The deposit is non-refundable at any stage of the booking process. If you are cancelling on the day of the party, you will be charged in full for the Christmas Party menu less the deposit already paid.
With hotel room bookings you will be sent a confirmation from the hotel with their booking cancellation policy.
Please advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements for the group in advance of your party date.
Bottles of House White, Red or Rose @ £20.00 per bottle if booked and paid for in advance which is not refundable.
Bottles of Prosecco @ £ 36.00 per bottle if booked and paid for in advance which is not refundable.
Hotel Room Package
If you book a Christmas Party with us for 10 + people we will give you as the organiser a complimentary Standard double room with free parking and Continental breakfast. Additional standard double rooms can be booked at a Xmas party rate of £70.00 to include free parking and Continental breakfast. (Single room £50.00)
